Brand Strategy & Identity Guideline

Downtown Shopping Centre required a revitalisation of their brand to help increase visits from consumers and also build and retain retailer relationships.
It was a perfect challenge to utilise a human centred design approach to connect with consumers and build empathy for their needs. This then gave us the platform required to deliver a strategic brand guideline including a positioning statement, value proposition, core values, tone of voice and customer focused purpose.
